One-on-One: For When You’re Just Plain Stuck 

Mark is offering 45-minute Vitality Sessions for those who are feeling overwhelmed by the "nonsense" of their condition. 

Please note that these sessions have limited availability. Sessions are conducted via video call.

What You Can Expect:

They aren't about "fixing" you. They are about Mark coming alongside you when you’re wandering in the dark, needing to do something but feeling too miserable to sort it out. We will look at your "Many Selves," discuss the chaos, and find one small, actionable way to keep you from getting "stuck in the sidewalk."

The cost is $55 per session.
